This week, Ellen Bauer from Whangārei, New Zealand writes about the joy of working in a VERY small company (just 2!) and the freedom and flexibility that provides.
We worked from Thailand, Sri Lanka and New Zealand, and we felt creative and free.
Ellens’s essay is available in both and audio read in her own voice!

Closing Thoughts
Aditya Kane recently wrote an excellent post on Open Source. He talks about why it’s important to him to take part, and make the world a better place with it.
HeroPress is all about how people have leveraged WordPress, but the reality is that it wasn’t WordPress. It was a combination of Open Source and geographic freedom. The ability to work from anywhere.
People have worked similar magic with hundreds of other Open Source platforms, from website platforms like Drupal and Joomla and Ruby on Rails to other platforms like Mozilla, Apache, and MariaDB.
To all those who work in Open Source, and work to make the world a better place, I appreciate you
