Hallway Chats
This week Topher and new co-host Nyasha Green had a great conversation with Matt Mullenweg.
Whenever I find that I’m like getting a little burnt out or toasty or anything like that, it’s usually because I haven’t been in nature. And my mom always reminds me of this. She tells me three things. Like, “Are you hydrating, are you sleeping, and are you getting out in nature?”
